Return Eligibility

– You can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order.
– Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
– Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
– Used or opened air fresheners or fragrance products.
– Items returned after the 30-day window.

Refunds

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
– If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged:

– Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
– Include photos and a description of the issue.
– We will replace the item or offer a full refund, including return postage.
