Product Information
Our Fragrances are designed to be long-lasting and effective:
– Luxury air fresheners: Up to 12 to 18 hours indoors and up to a day in your car.
– Blast can air fresheners (standard range): Typically, last around 6–10 hours indoors and up to a day in your car.
– Perfume sprays and roll-ons: Last 8–12 hours on skin and even longer on fabric or clothing.
For the best experience, spray in a clean and parked vehicle. Close the doors and allow the fragrance to settle for a few minutes before use.
Spray toward the centre of the room in short bursts. Ensure the area is well-ventilated and avoid spraying directly onto surfaces or fabrics unless specified.
Yes, all ATIK products follow UK safety standards. We use high-quality ingredients and safe packaging for both personal and commercial use.
A: Yes! Our oils are versatile and ideal for candles, soaps, lotions, and DIY projects. Always follow recommended dilution guidelines for safe use.
A: Absolutely! We provide 10ml sample sizes to purchase, so you can test scents in your preferred application before purchasing larger quantities.

Shipping & Delivery
Our Free Shipping typically takes 48 hours after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.
All Aerosols orders we ship via FedEx and DPD, aiming for next-day delivery across the UK mainland. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
Yes, we offer free shipping to UK mainland. Additional charges may apply to certain non-mainland or remote locations.
Yes! You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details. You can also opt-in to receive SMS updates by providing your phone number at checkout.
Yes, once your order has shipped, the courier will provide a link where you can reschedule your delivery or make adjustments.

Ordering & Payments
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
Changes can only be made before dispatch. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to assist.
Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2 PM are dispatched the next working day. Bank holidays are excluded.
Bulk orders are contingent upon both the quantity requested and product availability. We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
– For faulty or damaged items, we cover the return shipping costs.
– For change-of-mind or other reasons, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
